Attend the Karoo Winter Wool Festival –one of the largest in South Africa! There will be many workshops, art exhibits, wool product stalls, agricultural and educational exhibits, and a wool fashion show. Engage and network with some of the most prolific wool artists and experts in South Africa.

Finish the tour by spending several days relaxing at a prestigious private wildlife reserve. This retreat was a huge hit in 2025.

Tour Location

Eastern Cape (EC) Province of South Africa. The journey begins and ends in Gqeberha -formerly known as Port Elizabeth (PE). Most South Africans still refer to the town as Port Elizabeth.

Specific Information

South Africa has the opposite seasons and climate as the Northern Hemisphere. They celebrate Christmas during their summer break. Be sure to research ahead of time the weather forecast and pack accordingly.
